Once you decide to use our services, we will gather the necessary information on your business, organization, etc., and give you a FIRM quotation that cannot be added onto unless we are adding information not previously discussed. We’ll always stick by our original quote, so you can be rest assured that there will be NO hidden or “extra” charges.
When we are given the go ahead, we will start designing your website. We will have 2, yes 2 designs sent for your approval within 3-5 business days. You are given the choice as to which design you feel more comfortable with. Once this design is finalized, we will start integrating all business, or personal information into the website. This includes hyper linking all pages, optimizing each page for better search engine results, creating user-glue tactics, which are our specialized techniques to keep visitors longer, and more interested in your site and, essentially, VERY user friendly, which is #1 problem with many sites today - very unfriendly for the user!
Once we have completed all integration, tested every page, all hyperlinks and browser compatibility, we will send over the site for final approval. Once final approval is given, we will start integrating the site into the Internet server. You are also given 3 bonus changes, such as new information you want on a particular page (contact, specials…etc.) for 1 year after completion.
